GYPSUM BOARD INSTALLATION STEPS
Wall Control
The location and stability of the cladding wall are determined. The line on which the U-profile should be fixed is marked with a pencil. The traces on the floor are brought to the ceiling with the help of pipes and pulled to the ceiling with the help of dyed twine.
Preparation Of Metal Profiles
The length of the wall covering is determined with a tape measure and the U-profiles are cut to the desired length. C-profiles have been shortened by 1 cm from the ceiling height to facilitate installation. When the C-profiles are cut to the maximum, even the smallest error during assembly can have a significant impact during assembly. Before fixing, place the sound insulation tape on the profile. The number of C profiles is calculated by accepting profiles with a distance of 60 cm. For wet wall use, the wheelbase should be 40 cm.
